Virginia Square Towers Project

Dittmar is developing the Virgnia Square Towers project which currently includes the construction of two residential buildings (ground level retail) on the block bordered by Kansas, Wilson, Lincoln and Fairfax. 

July 11 -- SPRC meeting reviewed changes to the site plan.  As part of the developers agreement to add 7,000 sq. ft. of affordable housing, the South building has grown from 12 to 13 stories (from 500 to 534 units).
