Garfield Park Development (2900 N. 10th Street)

TCS Realty Associates began construction on Garfield Park (Corner of N. 10th St & Washington Blvd) in January 2011 of a 5-story building with 149 residential units, 22,000 feet of retail space, and 283 parking spots. The County approved a Mobilization Plan and a Parking Plan for the development.

All construction traffic enters and exits the site from Washington Blvd.
